How to use?
As aromatherapy: Drop 8-15 drops of the throat chakra oil into the aromatherapy burner or diffuser. You may add or reduce number of oil drops according to your preferences.
Meditation: Set an intention as you prepare your mind to journey within. Put a few drops of the throat chakra oil onto your palm. Rub your palms together and inhale the aroma of the throat chakra oil. To enhance your meditation experience, you may apply a few drops of the oil on the centre of your neck to open up your communication and expression ability.
