1. What are my options for delivery? 

We provide standard shipping (RM10 within domestic shipping and international shipping is provided upon checking with the providers on the cost to any given country and any shipping restrictions). 

You can also for a self-pickup if you’re just living a stone’s throw away from OhanaJo Studio! We’re located at 15, Jalan Daun Inai 21, Sunway Spk Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (Next To Desa Park City)


2. How long will shipping take? 

Depending on the provider, it could typically be anywhere from 1-5 Business days. 


3. What’s the return policy?

Any item that is damaged can be returned within 30 days and we will get a full replacement for you. 


4. How do I check my order?

5. Can I change/cancel my order?

7. I can't enter my discount code

If your discount code is one-time use only or limited to first-time purchase, you'll need to sign up and log in before applying your discount code. To do this, simply go to the top right bar on the website and click on the profile icon
