How to use?
As aromatherapy: Drop 8-15 drops of the root chakra oil into the aromatherapy burner or diffuser. You may add or reduce number of oil drops according to your preferences.
Meditation: Set an intention as you prepare your mind to journey within. Put a few drops of the root chakra oil onto your palm. Rub your palms together and inhale the aroma of the root chakra oil. To enhance your meditation experience, you may apply a few drops of the oil to the sole of your feet and rub the arches of your feet to ground any scattered energy.

Optional: You may inhale the aroma of the root chakra oil and give yourself the following affirmation.
